Temporary Bookings

(Vacationers or on-call service)

Mandatory booking fee of $20 for the first booking, $10 for each additional booking (bookings must be within the same two week time frame.) These booking fees are non-refundable once a nanny has been confirmed.

Nanny Rates
1 child $13 per hour
2 children $14 per hour
3 children $15 per hour

Please call for a quote if you have more than 4 children or are two families requesting to share the same nanny.

There are additional fees for holidays.

Please note that we have a four hour time minimum and transportation fee ($10-15) that is paid daily.

We offer Kama’aina and Military Rates for on-call and temporary bookings.

Introductory Special – if you reserve four temporary bookings, the fifth is free (applies to booking fee only – not nanny fees.)

Nanny/Babysitting Contract Buy-Out

If your family LOVES one of our nannies so much that you request them for on-call work on a regular basis, you may “buy-out” their contract for $100. This means that you no longer have to pay the mandatory booking fee and can contact the nanny directly whenever you need childcare.

Full-time Placements

Full-time placements require a minimum of 20 hours per week. The charge for a full-time placement is $500. This includes a $75 non-refundable processing fee. The remaining $425 is due after the placement is complete. Note: the nannies salary is not included in the placement fee.

Each of our nannies are independent contractors who set their own rates depending on location, number of children, required duties and their experience level. Families can expect to pay between $10 and $20 per hour.

Part-time Placements

Part-time placements are ideal for families requiring 5-19 hours per week. The charge for a part-time placement is $250. This includes a $75 non-refundable processing fee. The remaining $175 is due after the placement is complete. Note: the nannies salary is not included in the placement fee.

Note: all bookings and placements require the Hawaii state GE tax of 4.712%.
