Hello. My name is Brittany Conley, I am a Junior here at BYU-Hawaii. I am originally from Dallas/Fort Worth Texas. I am currently studying social work and hope to work with children or struggling teenagers one day.
I have been babysitting and nannying for 8 years now. This year I worked as the 2 year old teacher at a daycare back at home. I have never enjoyed a job more than this! I felt excited each day to be able to have these children impact my life. The smiles, giggles, and imagination always brought a smile to my face.

Nannies Hawaii LLC has served the island of Oahu for the past three years. We are based on the North Shore but have nannies island-wide. We are glad to come to your vacation rental in Kailua, your hotel room at the Aulani in Ko’Olina, to your bungalow in Waikiki, or to your ocean villa on the North Shore.
If you are visiting multiple islands and would like the same nanny for your entire trip, Nannies Hawaii LLC has a few travel nannies available. These nannies will be able to fly to the outer islands with your family to give your children the consistency of having the same nanny for their entire trip. Families will be responsible for the nanny’s airfare and accommodations.
We do not currently service the outer islands as a stand alone service although you can contact us for referrals to outer island agencies.

Shannon K. is 19 years old and a psychology student at Hawaii Pacific University. She is from Los Angeles, California and has lived on the island for over a year. She gets along great with kids and is always excited to make playtime a fun, learning experience for the keiki. She often keeps children entertained with arts and crafts, storytelling, and fun games.

Jessica has worked in the early childhood education field for ten years, with ages ranging from infant to school-agers. She also has many years of babysitting experience. Her educational background includes an AA in Criminal Justice and she is obtaining a BS degree in Business Management. Jessica was a Security Forces member in the Air Force until last summer, when she moved back to Hawaii and began working with Nannies Hawaii.
Jessica loves taking children to the park, beach, and on hikes as well as doing arts and crafts, reading together, and playing games.

Nannies Hawaii is now hiring loving, qualified nannies.
If you meet the following requirements, please consider joining our team:
- At Least 18 Years of Age
- 2+ Years of Childcare
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Have a TB clearance
If you are a good match for our agency a personal interview and background check will be required. The background check includes social security verification and a criminal clearance. We will also verify all of your personal and professional references.
If you don’t currently meet all of the requirements, we can provide resources where you can obtain the necessary certifications and clearances.
When you join our team, you will have the opportunity to interact with our other nannies for friendship, advice, and suggestions on fun activities for the keiki. You will also have the opportunity to meet some of the other nannies in person at our quarterly nanny get-togethers.
